Public Private Partnership Project
Tea and Sugar Industry in Zambia

An SPV has been established to promote and spearhead this expansion project for an existing tea estate in Zambia through a proposed Public Private Partnership (PPP). MK Changwony and Associates Consultant Limited has been contracted to provide advisory services 


Sugar Industry Consultancy

The company has been the lead consultant for 3 different groups of investors looking to set up sugar factories in Kericho and Tana River Counties in Kenya

Coffee Trading and Value Addition

In the year 2021, the company was able to provide immense value for Rwandan coffee farmers and traders by opening up the Kenyan market to their products.

Agricultural Sector Intervention

The company is working with a Dutch company to introduce a revolutionary bio-stimulant to the Kenyan agricultural sector. The product, known as Rebearth, is 100% natural and supports nature to restore its natural balance, thus creating a healthy basis for healthy plant growth.

In 2020, MKC was contracted by Endless Africa Limited to expand its trading business. Endless Africa Limited is a Kenyan Company that endeavors to disrupt traditional grain production by employing the use of high-quality seeds, agro-chemicals, improved farming methods, farmer capacity building, field support by agronomists and extension officer, better harvest methodologies, etc in a bid to realize early successes for the farmer, business & the government.

Nuts Processing Consultancy in Tanzania

In 2020, MKC was contracted by Hawte Investment Limited, a company incorporated in 2008 under company registration act of United Republic of Tanzania, to prepare plans to purchase and establish a maize milling plant to supplement its existing cashew processing business. The Company’s decision to invest in a maize processing plant is informed by the predominant production of cassava and the growing importance of maize production in the region
